Colin Davison
As our Chairman Colin has a wealth of business experience. He was formally Chairman of Abbey Protection PLC and instrumental in securing its Stock Market Flotation and subsequent sale to an American Insurer in 2014. Colin is a Coventry City fan and Chairman of his local cricket club. Like Simon, he is also a Princes Trust Mentor.
Simon Howes
Managing Director
In 2007 Simon co-founded Abbey HR Services which became AHR Consultants following a successful Management Buyout with our Chairman, Colin Davison in May 2017. Originally from Bristol, Simon now lives in a small village near Rugby, Warwickshire. He runs regularly and has completed the Great North Run 18 consecutive times. Simon is also a Princes Trust Mentor.
Charles Waterlow
Director - Services
Charles has spent his working life in HR, including time with Next and Olympus Sports as HR Director. He co-founded AHR Consultants (formally Abbey HR Services) in 2007 with Simon. Charles is another 'sporty' member of the team having cycled from Lands End to John O'Groats, completed four marathons and 18 Great North Runs with Simon.
Karen Suggett
Office Manager
Karen is an experienced Office Manager and manages the day to day running of the office. Karen is a self-confessed gym bunny and loves her weekly spinning classes, although taking regular holidays allows her to swap her trainers for flip flops!
Tee Aujlay
Business Development Manager
Tee is an enthusiastic and experienced Business Development Manager and has worked in Sales and with the Accountancy profession for over 17 years. In September 2017 Tee joined the team at AHR and enrolled at college to study for the CIPD Certificate in Human Resources, demonstrating true commitment to her new role! In her spare time, Tee enjoys yoga, long walks, challenging her two teenagers, and she would never say ‘No’ to bruschetta and a glass (or two) of Prosecco.
Tracy McGibney
HR Consultant / Trainer

Tracy is MCIPD qualified with over 19 years of experience which has established her as an Employment Law expert within the industry. Tracy advises clients on day to day HR issues, and undertakes strategic project work, HR consultancy and training. Tracy is also SHL qualified and in her spare time enjoys family holidays and is an avid runner, partaking in a number of events including 10k's and the odd Santa dash!

Adam Smyth
HR Consultant / Trainer

A passionate HR professional with over 17 years’ experience in a range of sectors including Care, Blue Chip, Utilities, Retail, Public Sector, Manufacturing & Warehouse. Adam is a pragmatic problem solver willing to challenge where appropriate with a supportive coaching style focusing on delivering the most appropriate solution, or range of options, for all circumstances. Partial to a drop of red and a good boxset at the weekend, Adam is an advocate of Jason Vale juices, smoothies and recipes.

Rob Elliott
HR Consultant / Trainer / Solicitor
Working in Employment Law and HR for over 16 years, Rob is a qualified solicitor and deals with the whole range of employment issues, providing services to a range of businesses from a variety of sectors. He regularly drafts contracts, policies, letters, and advises and represents clients in Employment Tribunals. Outside of work Rob enjoys spending time with his young family, and training, coaching and competing in CrossFit competitions.
Natalie Ellis
HR Consultant

CIPD qualified with 12 years generalist HR experience, Natalie started her HR career with Woolworths Group, moving into transport and going on to manage an HR department. Originally from West London, Natalie now resides in Northamptonshire with her husband and two step children. She is a member of the CIPD committee and is an ambassador for their Steps Ahead youth employment programme.

Kate Willson
Training Associate
Kate is MCIPD qualified and has a strong HR and development background with many years experience across a wide range of organisations. She has experience in designing and delivering training on a wide range of management development subjects. She is qualified in a number of psychometric tools and profiling instruments which she uses for both selection and team or individual development. Away from work, Kate enjoys walking in the countryside, exercising and spending time with her family.
Sue Raeside
Training Associate
Sue is a highly energetic and customer driven facilitator, coach and learning and development manager with 15 years’ experience gained through a variety of training and development roles both in-house and as a freelance consultant. She is a corporate member of the CIPD and a licensed Myers Briggs practitioner.
Gilli Osborne
Marketing Manager
Gilli is a highly motivated, experienced marketing professional with over 10 years’ experience in various sectors. Gilli is passionate about all things creative stemming from her design background. Outside of work she is kept busy with her two dogs that she rescued from Thailand and can often be spotted running around the roads of Rugby.
Eleanor Clark
Finance and Administration Manager

Having worked across a number of sectors including retail, conveyancing, recruitment and insurance within their administration and finance departments, Eleanor has built up an all round wealth of knowledge and experience in both areas since 2006. She has a passion for craft and enjoys crocheting and attempting other creative challenges when she's not chasing around after her three children. She mostly enjoys huggles with them and spending time with her family and friends.
