We are looking for experienced Associates to deliver a range of leadership and management development training to SME clients across a broad range of industry sectors across the country. All Associates are expected to represent the AHR brand and style.

Rates are negotiable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivering HR Leadership Development CPD accredited and tailored courses to clients
  • Collect feedback from delegates
  • Provide trainer feedback on all courses to AHR Consultants
  • Flexibility to train at locations throughout the UK which may require over night stays from time to time
  • To have input into the development of course content in response to client needs


  • Graduate CIPD Membership (Preferred)
  • Proven track record in delivering management courses to a variety of delegates
  • Competence in modern training, methods and styles
  • Experience with Microsoft office solutions

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities

  • Ability to engage and develop relationships
  • Able to engage with all levels of management
  • Knowledge of HR / employment law
  • Knowledge of psychometric testing i.e. Thomas International, Saville and Holdsworth, and an understanding of management styles i.e. Belbin, Myers Briggs and Peter Honey would be helpful but not essential
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent time / work management skills
  • A dynamic and engaging training style
