Including settlement agreements. =
Previously known as a compromise agreement.
Employers have the opportunity to have protected conversations with their employees, offering them the opportunity to part amicably without the need to go through protracted performance management or a continued disputes. This means that on signing an agreement the employee will be unable to make any further employment tribunal claims against the company or any of its members. Whilst this simplifies the process, the course content goes into more detail.
This course provides delegates with an understanding of how and when to use protected conversations and here appropriate, to consider and negotiate settlement agreements.
