We provide leadership and management training courses which are focused on giving managers and supervisors the necessary skills and confidence to deal with HR / employment matters which in turn, minimises the risk of employment disputes.
Our courses are delivered on client premises, which has many advantages for clients and employees. We have a core set of courses, but we like to ensure that these are specifically tailored to meet the requirements of our clients. All our courses are CPD accredited and our trainers are skilled trainers and HR practitioners.
Upon completion of a training programme, clients have the option for a full follow up reporting process to monitor how our training is being utilised in the workplace by delegates.This report includes: A summary of the courses attended, feedback from delegates, personal comments from the trainer(s), further recommendations, and a three month follow up quiz to establish how / if delegates have implemented their new skills and knowledge in their roles.
