We provide in house leadership training for managers and supervisors to give them the necessary skills and confidence to deal with HR and employment matters. This will minimise the risk of employment disputes and prevent them from escalating.
Our courses can be delivered on your premises, which has many advantages for you and your employees. We have a core set of courses, but we like to ensure that these are specifically tailored to meet your requirements. Our courses are CPD accredited and presented by experienced HR practitioners.
On completion of a training programme, you have the option for a full follow up report. This will monitor how our training is being utilised in your workplace by delegates.
This report includes:
- a summary of the courses attended
- feedback from delegates
- personal comments from the trainer(s)
- further recommendations
- a three month follow up quiz to establish how delegates have implemented their new skills and knowledge.
