What is an employment tribunal?
Employment tribunals deal with employment-related issues and disputes, eventually making the final decision on how they should be resolved. Most legal cases regarding employment are heard in employment tribunals and this may include redundancy, discrimination, unfair dismissal, and many other types of claims.
The tribunal is impartial and will consider both sides of a claim before reaching a decision. If your business loses the case, you may be required to reinstate the employee or pay them compensation.
AHR Consultants offer expert employment tribunal support to ensure that you navigate the process fairly and correctly, while looking to secure the best possible outcome for your business.
Why is Employment Tribunal Support important?
If your business is facing a potential employment tribunal claim, it is crucial that you prepare correctly. Having access to employment tribunal support is extremely helpful at this stage, with an employment tribunal representative handling the case on your behalf.
Support can be provided throughout the entire process or at specific stages, depending on the preference and requirements of the business. The initial stages of the tribunal process include preparing witness statements, reviewing documentation, and submitting the ET3 response form.
If you fail to handle an employment tribunal claim correctly, the consequences for your business can be serious and damaging, putting your reputation and financial state at risk. AHR Consultants have an extensive experience of managing successful employment tribunal claims and can provide comprehensive support to help your business minimise risk.
