Coaching involves adapting a specific approach and mind-set that is designed to help people develop their skills by learning on the job. A good coach leads highly productive teams who are keen to learn new skills and as a result deliver great outcomes for their organisations.
This Coaching Skills for Managers course will explore models of coaching and identify when and how to use them.
You will be able to understand barriers and how to overcome them as well as developing key coaching skills. These will enable you to understand the impact of asking powerful questions, giving effective feedback to encourage positive change and developing a coaching style which meets personal and organisational skills.

Coaching Skills for Managers is a full day course, starting at 9:30 am and finish at 4:00 pm. Lunch and refreshments are provided, if you have any dietary requirements please let us know upon booking.
