This Food Allergy Awareness course is part of our Food Hygiene bundle, helping you to work towards compliance with all relevant legislation.
The session has been updated to cover requirements under PPDS food labelling legislation from October 2021 (Natasha’s Law).
Taking 35 minutes to complete, the course helps staff to understand the importance of all 14 major allergens, while providing guidance on how to minimise cross contamination.
